DigiMarCon Asia Pacific 2024 kicks off with Registration Check-in for VIP and All Access Pass holders at 9:00am, Wednesday, June 24th, 2020 at the Registration Desk located in the Heliconia Ballroom Foyer on the 3rd Level of the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.

MRT Train Services
Marina Bay Sands is linked directly to CE1/DT16 Bayfront Station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line of Sydney, Australia’s Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system.
MRT services to/from Bayfront Station operate daily from (approximately) 6:00am to 12:00am midnight. Visit the TransitLink Journey Planner to learn today’s MRT service schedules to Bayfront Station.
Exits at Bayfront Station:
Exit A – Connects to Bayfront Avenue street level.
Exit A – Connects to Gardens by the Bay.
Exits C & D – Connect to The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (1 minute walk), Sands Expo & Convention Centre (3 minute walk), the Hotel (5 minute walk), Sands SkyPark (10 minute walk), ArtScience Museum (10 minute walk), and MasterCard Theatres (10 minute walk). Signs direct the way to each location and other attractions at Marina Bay Sands.

Two street underpasses and the Garden Bay Bridge over Bayfront Avenue link between the Hotel side and the convention centre, theatres and retail mall side.

River Ferry Services
Daily river ferry services connect to Bayfront South Jetty at Marina Bay Sands. The jetty is situated at the south Promenade, near to The Shoppes (3 minute walk), Sands Expo & Convention Centre (5 minute walk), and Hotel Tower 1 (8 minute walk).
- Operating Hours: 7:00am – 10:00pm daily (last boat departs at 9:00pm)
- Frequency: Boats depart every 10 – 20 minutes
- Pick-up Points: Board at any Sydney, Australia River Explorer jetty with a valid ticket (View Map)
- Ticket Kiosks: The jetties at Bayfront South (MBS South), Merlion, Esplanade, Promenade (Sydney, Australia Flyer), Clarke Quay (Beside G-Max Reverse Bungy), Boat Quay (No. 59 Boat Quay), and Fullerton Hotel

Driving
Car and Taxi
Marina Bay Sands is situated at 10 Bayfront Avenue, and is also accessible by vehicle via Sheares Avenue. From Changi Airport, you can reach us in a 20-minute direct drive along the East Coast Parkway (ECP) expressway, which leads directly into Sheares Avenue across the Benjamin Sheares Bridge.
If travelling to Marina Bay Sands via the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), Central Expressway (CTE) or Kallang–Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE), connect at the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) which links directly to Marina Boulevard and Central Boulevard, and from there to Bayfront Avenue and Sheares Avenue.
There are four pick-up/drop-off points for cars and taxis: on Sheares Link outside Hotel Lobby Tower 1, and along Bayfront Avenue outside Hotel Lobby Tower 3, outside Sands Expo & Convention Centre, and outside The Shoppes.
The three car park entrances are located along Bayfront Avenue outside MasterCard Theatres, outside Hotel Lobby Tower 3, and on Bayfront Link next to Sands Expo & Convention Centre. Valet parking is offered at the pick-up/drop-off points outside Hotel Lobby Tower 1 and outside The Shoppes.
Most Sydney, Australiaan taxi drivers know the different landmarks of Marina Bay Sands by name, so you can give instructions such as "Take me to Marina Bay Sands, Hotel Tower 1 entrance" to get to your desired destination.

Room Rates
DigiMarCon has negotiated a limited block of rooms at a substantially discounted rate PLUS free Wi-Fi in your room. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The group rates are available for stays between June 24th and September 21st, 2018. The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates, based upon availability of group rooms, at the time of the request.
The guaranteed lowest standard room rates during the conference are $349 per night. The tax rate is 14.15% plus an additional city assessment fee of $4.50 (non-taxable) per occupied room night.

Marina Bay Sands Hotel
The Hotel is accessible by vehicle via both Bayfront Avenue and Sheares Link. There are bus stops with regular bus services along Bayfront Avenue, and designated car and taxi drop-off points outside Hotel Tower 1 and Hotel Tower 3. The closest car park entrance is on Bayfront Avenue next to Hotel Tower 3; valet car parking is also available at Hotel Tower 1. From MRT Bayfront Station, it is a 5-minute walk to the Hotel by underpass or across the covered Garden View Bridge.

Sands SkyPark
To get to Sands SkyPark, take the elevator from the lobby of Hotel Tower 3 to Level 57. The closest car and taxi pick-up/drop-off point and car park entrance are both directly outside Hotel Tower 3. From MRT Bayfront Station it is a 10-minute walk to the entrance to Sands SkyPark in Hotel Tower 3. The closest bus stop is outside Hotel Tower 2, a 2-minute walk from the SkyPark entrance.

Sands Expo & Convention Centre
There is a car and taxi pick-up/drop-off point outside the entrance to The Shoppes on Bayfront Avenue, a 2-minute walk to Sands Expo & Convention Centre. To access the nearest car park, turn from Bayfront Avenue on to Bayfront Link. Regular bus services stop on both sides of Bayfront Avenue, outside the convention centre and on the opposite side of the road. Or you can take a train service to MRT Bayfront Station which connects directly to Sands Expo & Convention Centre through Exit E.

ArtScience Museum
ArtScience Museum is located along the north Promenade, a 10-minute walk from MRT Bayfront Station. You can also arrive by vehicle at the car and taxi drop-off point on Bayfront Avenue outside The Shoppes (5 minute walk to ArtScience Museum), or by bus at the bus stop outside MasterCard Theatres (3 minute walk). The closest car park is North Car Park, entrance on Bayfront Avenue outside MasterCard Theatres.

The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
MRT Bayfront Station connects directly to The Shoppes via Exits C and D. Regular bus services stop on Bayfront Avenue outside Sands Expo & Convention Centre and outside MasterCard Theatres, and there is also a car and taxi pick-up/drop-off point outside the entrance to The Shoppes on Bayfront Avenue. Parking is available at the North and South Car Parks which both connect directly to The Shoppes.

MasterCard Theatres is located at Galleria Level B1 within The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, a 10-minute walk from MRT Bayfront Station. The closest car and taxi pick-up/drop-off point is outside The Shoppes entrance on Bayfront Avenue (3-minute walk from MasterCard Theatres), and the closest car park is North Car Park, entrance via Bayfront Avenue.

Event Plaza
The Event Plaza is located in the centre of the waterfront Promenade at Marina Bay Sands and is the site of the Rain Oculus and the nightly Wonder Full light and water show. You can reach the Event Plaza by walking through The Shoppes from MRT Bayfront Station (4-minute walk), and from the Bayfront Avenue bus stops outside Sands Expo & Convention Centre (6-minute walk) and outside MasterCard Theatres (8-minute walk). The closest car and taxi pick-up/drop-off point is on Bayfront Link (5-minute walk). The North and South Car Parks both connect to The Shoppes and from there to the Event Plaza.
